Our value

1.  Integrity

It is all about being honest and blameless and rejecting all forms of embezzlement, conflicts of interest, influence peddling, denial of service, systematic negligence, extortion and corruption punishable by the Penal Code.

2.  Responsibility

It is about doing the work according to procedures manuals, credit agreements and execution contracts and reporting of results. Responsibility requires that each player takes the actions he or she has written and meets the positive and negative consequences of such acts.

3.  Diligence

It is about working quickly with accuracy in the implementation of activities in order not to delay the progress of cases and work and in addition result in additional costs of monitoring and control. This allows the achievement of outcomes and indicators of development, including the MDGs.

4.  Respect

It is about exercising in accordance with the procedures manual, administrative authorities and traditional rights of people and gender.

5. Participation

It is about promoting effective and inclusive participation of all stakeholders in the planning, programming, funding and implementation of micro projects. This participation can be direct or pass through representative bodies of the beneficiaries of projects to be implemented. It also requires the flow of information and some organization in the interactions between the different partners.

6. Exemplarity

It is about being a model at work, being a model as Mayor, as an local elect, employee, provider and citizen among others and especially among the beneficiaries and populations.

7. Transparency

It is about being transparent in decision making both financially and for the procurement, communication and publication of reports to all stakeholders. Transparency means that decisions and their implementation subject to the rules and regulations. It also means that the information is made public, available and accessible to all those affected by decisions and their implementation. Information such as the development plan and the micro projects, the budget summary, the list of contracts provided for and running the schedules of micro-projects, technical reports and financial and performance monitoring, statements of expenditure for joint accounts and audit and control operations.

8. Effectiveness and efficiency

It is about effectively and efficiently delivering results that meet the needs of the beneficiaries of the Program while making the best use of resources at their disposal. Effectiveness measures the degree of achievement whereas efficiency compares the means used to the results obtained. We strongly believe that the principles of good governance on the basis of the base set of values will allow the program to increase client satisfaction as a goal. Our commitment to meeting the beneficiaries will be done through increased performance in the short, medium and long term, the promotion of "win-win" relations and for excellence in project execution. This can be done only through:

- the creation of a fair and positive environment contributing to the development and success of our employees, our partners and beneficiaries,
- the commitment of our employees to meet the needs of beneficiaries and the inclusion of diversity ideas,
- the acquisition of goods and services on the basis of objective and transparent selection criteria.
