Under the supervision of the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Regional Development, the Program is made up of both: decision – making bodies and implementation bodies.

The Program's supervising authority

The Ministry of Economy, Planning and Regional Development, (MINEPAT), supervising authority of the PNDP, is responsible for overall supervision of the Program.

The deliberative bodies of the Program are made at the Council and National levels.

At the Council level, the deliberative body is the municipal council that, for reasons of efficiency, can appeal on the representatives of decentralized sector ministries involved present the Division or if necessary at the Regional level, to form the municipal board widened up to the sector ministries representatives abbreviated COMES.

At national level, the deliberative body is the National Orientation and Steering Committee (NOSC). It is responsible for leading the implementation of the PNDP. As such, it defines and directs the conduct of the Program.

Under the authority of the Minister of Economy and Regional Development, the NOSC is chaired by the Secretary General of that Ministry.

Coordinating and implementing bodies of the PNDP are made up at council, regional and national levels.
