The National Community Driven Development Program will be holding the eleventh session its National Orientation Steering Committee (NOSC), on Friday, 17th February 2012 at the Yaoundé Congress Hall as from 10 A.M.
Following examination of the activities report for 2011 and elaboration of the Annual Budget and Work Plan for the year 2012 of the Program's operational units, it is tradition to submit finalized documents to appreciation of the NOSC of the PNDP for its adoption, so as to enforce the year budget. The global objective of this session primarily focuses on adoption of the budget for the year 2012 for the PNDP and the updated allocation plan of the second phase of the Program.  More specifically, participants will focus on the following issues:
    Evaluation of the state of implementation of the Program and recommendations of the tenth session;
    Adoption of the report of the tenth session;
    Review of the report of activities for the year 2011 for adoption;
    Review of the work plan for the year 2012 for adoption;
    Review of the budget for the year 2012 for adoption;
    Review of the updated allocation plan of the second phase for adoption.
The following will take part in this session chaired by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Economy, Planning and regional Development (MINEPAT):
•    A representative of the Prime Minister office, 18 Secretaries-General of sectoral ministries,
•    The Chairman of the technical Committee of  monitoring of economic Programs ,
•    Representatives of the National Autonomous Sinking Fund, of FEICOM; Representatives of Local authorities, namely Mayors and MPs;
•     Representatives of technical and financial partners and various Departments of the MINEPAT
The Chairman of the Specialized Tenders Commission of the PNDP will participate in the works and the National Coordinator of PNDP will be report the issues on the agenda.
